Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, including manpower allocation and waste management coordination
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain accurate daily production logs and documentation
- Promote a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety protocols
- Identify and escalate production issues to Operations Specialist or Supervisor promptly
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Step in during manpower shortages to maintain workflow continuity
- Liaise with the Maintenance team to resolve equipment or process issues
- Conduct onboarding and training for new hires
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
- Lead SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) meetings and uphold standards
