Automation Assistant Job

We are looking for a skilled and motivated automation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, testing, and maintaining automation systems and machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, setup, integration, and testing of automation systems.
• Design, program, and debug robotic systems for machine development or integration.
• Develop, integrate, and test vision inspection systems.
• Program and test PLC and HMI systems.
• Support new machine installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Troubleshoot automation equipment and perform regular preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in automation.
• Good understanding of automation system troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in machine installation, electrical wiring, and assembly work.
• Familiar with PLC programming (Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.).

Semiconductor Engineer (Die Attach and Machine Setup)

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Engineer to join our team. As a Die Attach and Machine Setup expert, you will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting die attach and moulding machines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of manufactured products meets customer requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to resolve functional, safety, quality, and productivity-related issues. You will also be expected to maintain technical knowledge in machine setup and troubleshooting, as well as have a minimum of 2 years' experience in semi-con production.

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor production
• Proven expertise in machine setup and troubleshooting
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and travel overseas when needed
