Key Responsibilities:

• Deburring Processes: Manage and optimize deburring processes to ensure precision and quality of manufactured parts.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a precision manufacturing environment, with specific experience in cleanroom and deburring processes. CNC machining knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with manufacturing software.

Job Summary:

• A Quality Assurance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of precision manufactured products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inspection protocols for products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Support quality control processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts, including preparation of critical samples and packaging specifications.
• Train inspectors and operators on quality check points and measurement methods.
• Collaborate with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues.
• Maintain all measuring and testing equipment, and assist Engineers as needed.

• Assist Engineers or Managers in collecting and compiling data for reports, including supplier performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in precision manufacturing or a related field.
• Able to read engineering drawings and possess strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with metrology tools such as OGP Smartscope, CMM, or other advanced measurement systems is an advantage.

Working Hours and Location:

The selected candidate will work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, in Singapore.

• Programming Expertise: Utilize technical specifications and drawings to program precision parts with exceptional accuracy.
