**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our team. As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to optimize production efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, set up machines according to specifications, and load raw materials.
- Perform quality control tests on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related role.
- Familiarity with CNC settings and willingness to commit shift work hours.
- Experience in Oil & Gas parts is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Valid Class 3 driving license with own car (parking provided by company).
Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia (mainly JB area).
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
Preferably from precision engineering, tooling, CNC tooling, carbide tooling, metal‐cutting machine tools or industrial equipment industries.

Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling of all production-related activities
Ensure operations adhere to operating procedures, quality and safety requirements
Review the operation of plant equipments and systems constantly
Monitor, report, develop and implement improvement programs
Lead a team to maximize productivity
Collaborate to improve process, performance and management efficiency
Support and participate in the EHS programs

skills & experience required
Master / Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing assembly environment and 5 years in operations management

Candidates with manufacturing experience from precision machining will be a big plus

- Ensures safe operations by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintains equipment by completing routine preventive maintenance tasks, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs as needed.
- Ensures continuity among shifts by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
