· Able to interpret mechanical drawing with good knowledge of GD&T for CNC programming and machining.

· To prepare tooling and optimise tooling selection for CNC machines set up.

· To set up CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines to fabricate precision parts according to drawing.

· To ensure first work piece is machined according to drawing specification.

· To operate CNC milling / CNC Turning machines according to production schedule.

· To work closely with Quality department to resolve quality issue.

· To troubleshoot simple machine errors and perform preventive machine maintenance.

· To upkeep the cleanliness of machines and work areas.

· To follow safety regulations / company ISO requirement strictly.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential expansion to other SEA countries.
Handle customer enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate delivery schedules and obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and communicate effectively with HQ.
Promote and present high‐precision carbide and diamond tools to target industries.
Identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts in the region.
Qualifications
Minimum Professional Certificate/Nitec or Diploma in Engineering.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valid Class 3 driving license with own car (parking provided by company).
Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia (mainly JB area).
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently.
Preferably from precision engineering, tooling, CNC tooling, carbide tooling, metal‐cutting machine tools or industrial equipment industries.

skills & experience required
Master / Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing assembly environment and 5 years in operations management
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes on VSM, Kaizen
Candidates with manufacturing experience from precision machining will be a big plus
Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc) is added advantage
Able to be hands on with the ground level personnel on the shop floor
Well versed with lean manufacturing
Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Joo Koon / Boon Lay / Pioneer)

We are seeking a skilled Machining Expert to manage our CNC operations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality machined parts using computer numerical control (CNC) grinders.

• Loads and configures the feed mechanism by automation gripper and conveyor to ensure smooth production flow.
• Verifies settings and specifications by measuring positions, inspecting first-run parts, and sample workpieces; adhering to strict quality standards.
• Maintains precision and accuracy by observing grinding operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting controls, replacing worn tools, and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Ensures safe operations by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintains equipment by completing routine preventive maintenance tasks, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs as needed.
• Ensures continuity among shifts by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
• Documents production and quality logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stays up-to-date with industry developments by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
