- Set up the membrane extruder machine according to production specifications, including loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring proper calibration.

- Monitor the entire extrusion process, adjusting as needed to ensure consistent product quality and smooth operation
- Prepare and load materials (such as polymers, additives, and solvents) into the extruder machine, ensuring correct formulations and measurements based on production requirements.
- Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and overall quality in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine tests on the extruded membranes to ensure they meet customer and regulatory specifications (e.g., thickness, porosity).
- Make necessary adjustments to the extrusion process to maintain high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance on the extruder machine, including cleaning, lubrication, and changing parts as needed.
