Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

Own and evolve the long-term business strategy and business plan in alignment with UFIT’s mission, vision, and Circle of Care model.

Lead the company to strong financial growth, with a focus on margin expansion, operational efficiency, and sustainable scale.

Identify and execute opportunities for expansion, including new markets, padel and wellness ventures, franchise/licensing models, and digital services.

Financial & Operational Oversight

Oversee the group’s financial health, P&L management, and quarterly targets.

Ensure the successful execution of initiatives to achieve our financial objectives (e.g. fitness profitability, corporate scale-up, margin control).

Lead the team to drive accountability and performance across the Health, Fitness, Corporate and Sports verticals.

Drive company-wide cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Take a hands-on approach to working capital management alongside the finance team.

Oversee effective use of current real estate assets and track and enhance occupancy rates in line with targets.

Brand & Market Positioning
