Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will work support the Stakeholders Management Department particularly donor engagement and retention by ensuring timely communication, accurate donation processing, and meticulous data management. This includes but not limited to liaising with donors, preparing of reports, and maintaining the integrity of stakeholder information.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholders Management
- Engage and coordinate with appointed third party fundraisers
- Support fundraising operations and initiatives
- Track, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure effectiveness
Donor Engagement & Retention
- Manage communication with donors on a timely basis through various channels
- Follow up with donors on failed transactions and provide service recovery
- Proactively engage existing donors to explore opportunities for increased giving, strengthening long-term donor partnerships
- Engage and build relationships with walk-in/call-in donors to strengthen donor retention
Data Management & reporting
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of donations for reporting purposes
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and uploading into our internal CRM system
- Generate accurate and timely monthly reports
Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform donation data entry and ensure accurate information records in our CRM database (e.g. donation mailers and other sources)
- Maintain filing and documentation of department folders
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the department when required
Criteria:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in handling calls, data and CRM system will be beneficial
- Comfortable working with big amount of data
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and data management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient in working within SOPs and processes and apply to work assigned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage donors and stakeholders professionally

- Develop and lead the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy that aligns with the strategic priorities of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), ensuring coherence across the Regional Health Systems and community care partners
- Drive high-level collaborations with AIC Divisions and Regional Health Systems to deliver tangible outcomes such as improved community health, better social-health integration, and enhanced access for seniors
- Identify strategic opportunities and policy gaps, employing critical thinking and foresight to recommend innovative engagement approaches that support long-term system transformation
- Translate national health policies into actionable engagement plans, defining key levers, performance metrics, and feedback loops to guide and optimise implementation
- Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison to senior-level counterparts at our partner/stakeholder organisation, helping navigate complex issues, align efforts, and enable system-level change
- Establish outcome metrics to evaluate engagement effectiveness, and guide data-driven decision-making to improve strategies and results
- Lead regular reviews that integrate stakeholder insights, sector developments, and engagement outcomes to strengthen responsiveness and execution, championing innovation and strategic transformation initiatives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performance, agile, and outcome-focused team culture

Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with the Healthcare sector
- At least 12 years of related working experiences, with at least 4 years in supervisory role
- Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate expertise in project management skills and process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to details. Must be able to present and interact confidently in large groups and to senior-level officials
- Responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment
