TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Personally and frequently verify that the guests receiving the best possible restaurant service (breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, Bar, Events).

  8. Responsible for the efficient operation of the POS system and ensure that all Members' Chits are accurately billed.
  9. Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
  10. Provide leadership and train staff.
  11. Render full support to Banquet and Events; and other F&B Outlets when required.
