- Attend to students in the sick bay.
- Maintain student injury logbook and follow up with staff and parents in accordance with safety SOPs.
- Contact parents of students who are unwell or students who are dismissed early.
- Retrieve and update daily staff attendance reports from school system.
- Maintain time-off logbook for all staff and check that time-off applications are duly approved.
- Attend to loss-and-found cases and maintain proper records.
Administrative support duties
