Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential customer accounts through customer visits
Promote new products and architectural systems.
Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email or walk-in) and provide customers with quotations.
Handle end-to-end sales process for own group of customers, including taking order, delivery arrangements to following up on customer's outstanding payments.
Carry out any other tasks as required by Sales Manager
Requirements
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated individual with initiative to achieve assigned tasks
Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales target
Positive working attitude and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementation processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on implementation progress, stock levels, and client satisfaction to senior management.
