Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Director located in Singapore.

The Executive Director (ED) reports to CEO, St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (SANH). He provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the nursing home (NH). He is overall in-charge of SANH (Aljunied), and is responsible for the smooth running of the NH in caring for the residents in accordance with the healthcare standards stipulated by MOH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and operation procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the NH, across all the departments, to achieve its mission and goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable government/MOH regulations governing nursing homes and intermediate long-term care facilities, eg. Healthcare and Services Act, Fire & Safety and so on
- Oversee the financial health of the NH. Implement strategies to ensure financial health and sustainability of the NH. Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor expenses, and ensure effective utilization of the resources
- Develop and implement effective manpower staffing plans to ensure a highly competent, professional and efficient nursing team to provide high standard of care for the residents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the community through outreach programmes - schools, organizations, and external stakeholders

Project Management
- Participate in relevant committees or work groups in the overall SAMH/SACS umbrella.
