Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of Accounts receivable & Account payable
- Provide accurate and timely billing, cheque deposits, receipts and refund processing
- Process refund/credit note submitted by operations team, ensure that all authorized signatories and supporting are obtained
- Prepare accounts receivables aging report, audit schedules related to accounts receivables and sending of customer's statement of accounts

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) for Singapore and Malaysia entities

• Provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and insights to support strategic decisions
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities in both countries
• Support audit preparation and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in HR/Admin operations functions and any other assignments from management
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification credentials (e.g. CPA, ACCA)
• Welcome Fresh Graduate Min 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably across regional operations experiences.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards in both countries
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP software
