We are seeking an experienced Process Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and wastewater treatment process design, with expertise in modeling and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design conventional water and wastewater treatment processes, including screening equipment, physical-chemical treatment plants, biological treatment plants, blower equipment, odour control plants, disinfection plants, sludge treatment plants, desalination process, etc.
- Develop detailed design specifications for process systems, ancillary systems, and equipment.
- Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in process design of water and wastewater treatment.
- Expertise in water and wastewater treatment process modeling and optimization.
- Proficiency in BioWin/GPS-X/SUMO or other wastewater modeling software.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as Activated Sludge, SBR, MBR & MBBR/IFAS.
- Proven ability to manage diverse and large-scale water projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and utilize available resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
