This position is responsible for coordinating the waste disposal sitewide and to carry out offloading of

fresh solvent from isotankers to process storage tanks and unloading of waste tank to isotanker to send

out for disposal. To ensure that regulatory compliance is met when carry out such activities and adhere

to environmental, health and safety regulations.

Purpose of the role

This role is responsible for:

• Manage day to day offloading activities as per requested by SCM Planner.

• Manage day to day unloading activities as per required based on existing waste tank level.

• To coordinate with all the TIWCs and Waste Disposal Vendor.

• To assist with monthly sample collection for both NEA and PUB.

• To assist with unloading/loading of goods with the operation of forklift.

• Daily inspection of the system, to manage PTW (permit-to-work) system, qualified risk

assessor, to prepare ECC (energy change control) or LOTO (lock-out Tag-out) processes.

• Shall monitor the system setpoints, thresholds, and respond with corrective actions followed by

escalation of any deviation or variation through the escalation processes.

• Involved in IFM Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.

• Work on projects whenever assigned by ES/IFM.

• Understand DI (data integrity) importance and to involve in DI Gemba weekly.

• Able to analyse and troubleshoot, draw accurate conclusions from analysis to support decision

making and makes timely decisions for the operations.

• Responsible for investigating incident reports, responding to relevant HazOp studies and

completion and follow-up of specific risk assessments.

• To review and adhere to SOP (standard operating procedures).

• Manage Adhoc disposal requested made by requestors.

• Ensure waste manifest are properly recorded and kept to be audit ready.

We are seeking an experienced Process Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water and wastewater treatment process design, with expertise in modeling and optimization.

• Design conventional water and wastewater treatment processes, including screening equipment, physical-chemical treatment plants, biological treatment plants, blower equipment, odour control plants, disinfection plants, sludge treatment plants, desalination process, etc.
• Develop detailed design specifications for process systems, ancillary systems, and equipment.
• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

1. Minimum 15 years' experience in process design of water and wastewater treatment.
2. Expertise in water and wastewater treatment process modeling and optimization.
3. Proficiency in BioWin/GPS-X/SUMO or other wastewater modeling software.
4. Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as Activated Sludge, SBR, MBR & MBBR/IFAS.

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager with various tasks related to industrial water treatment systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site visits to inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot issues with ultrapure water (UPW/DIW) and wastewater (IW/HFW/WWTP) systems.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments.
• Commission new water treatment systems, including ACF, MMF, RO, UF, MDG/GTM, CEDI, Pri-MB/POMB, chemical dosing, and filtration units.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
