- Monitor and report ship emissions (EU MRV, IMO DCS, CII).
- Prepare and maintain SEEMP I, II & III plans (incl. newbuild approvals).
- Manage EU ETS compliance, including MOHA account, EUA trading & surrender.
- Ensure timely submissions via Thetis MRV Portal.
- Coordinate verifications with accredited authorities.
- Oversee PMS development for new vessels and updates for existing fleet.
- Arrange LRIT Conformance Tests and manage statutory items (ASI, SSCEC).

Experience/Skill
- Strong knowledge of EU MRV, IMO DCS, CII, SEEMP, and EU ETS regulations.
- Familiarity with PMS, LRIT, ASI, SSCEC, and maritime compliance systems.
- Experience in data management, analysis, and verified reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Background in shipping, ship management, or classification society preferred.
