+ Manages District Training Program

Assists management teams with creating and managing employee-training plans and develops training materials to meet local training needs. Manages district compliance
with training requirements to include annually required training, NEO training, 52 hours training, OPA-required training, and dangerous goods expiration dates. Proficient in all learning functions of the PDC, acting as a PDC expert for the district.
+ Supports Employee Performance Cycle
Assists management teams with the mechanics of conducting 1:1s and employee performance evaluations in the PDC. Monitors timely completion of employee performance evaluations and 1:1s according to Expeditors and local requirements and directs managers to performance reporting in the PDC.
