Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator for High-Performance Sports . This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of high-performance sports programs.

This role will be responsible for coordinating logistics arrangements for training and competitions, both in Singapore and overseas. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Managing the inventory of sponsored competition attire and equipment
  • Tracking and updating athlete participation and results in competitions
  • Assisting with the implementation of procedures, processes, and programs for high-performance management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, sports management, or logistics
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a high-performance sports environment

Who We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or related field


• Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA) and NREP or NROC registered.


• At least 1–2 years of experience coaching youth athletes (ages 10–18) in individual or team settings.


• Strong understanding of long-term athletic development models, growth and maturation principles, and safe youth training practices.
