 The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organization's strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives within the 
 Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
 sector. This role requires a visionary leader with deep commercial expertise, proven experience in brand building, and the ability to drive profitability and sustainability in a competitive market. 
 Key Responsibilities 
1. Strategic Leadership 
 Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company's mission and market objectives. 
 Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and product diversification. 
 Lead corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. 
2. Business & Financial Management 
 Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure strong financial performance. 
 Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share improvement across product categories. 
 Optimize cost efficiency through effective resource allocation, operational improvement, and supply chain management. 
3. Brand & Marketing Leadership 
 Oversee brand portfolio strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning and strong consumer engagement. 
 Guide marketing innovation and product development aligned with market trends and consumer insights. 
 Build digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategies within the FMCG space. 
4. Operations & Supply Chain Excellence 
 Ensure efficient manufacturing, logistics, and distribution systems to meet demand and maintain product quality. 
 Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance operational productivity and reduce waste. 
 Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards. 
5. People & Culture Leadership 
 Lead, motivate, and inspire the senior management team to achieve business goals. 
 Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and collaboration. 
 Oversee succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability building. 
6. Governance & Stakeholder Relations 
 Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
 Maintain transparent communication with shareholders, board members, and key stakeholders. 
 Represent the company in public, government, and industry forums. 
 Educational Background & Key Requirements: 
 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field. 
 Minimum 
15 years 
 of leadership experience, with at least 
5 years in a CEO or senior executive role within FMCG . 
 Proven record in 
 driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability . 
 Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy. 
 Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. 
 Strategic thinker with hands-on operational understanding of FMCG dynamics (sales, distribution, marketing, supply chain).

 Role Overview 
 The Chief Executive Officer (CEO & CTO) is responsible for steering the company's 
 business growth, technology innovation, and international expansion . This is a dual-role position requiring 
 hands-on leadership in both commercial strategy and technology architecture . 
 The role demands a rare combination of expertise in 
 platform engineering, logistics AI, mobile app development, and laundry plant optimisation , alongside experience in fundraising, M&A, and global team management.

 Strategic & Commercial Leadership 
 Define and execute the company's 
 long-term strategy 
 for scaling operations in Singapore and international markets. 
 Lead 
 fundraising, investor relations, and cross-border M&A transactions . 
 Develop new partnerships with local operators, technology vendors, and logistics networks. 
 Drive 
 financial performance 
(revenue growth, EBITDA, cost optimisation). 
 Technology & Product Leadership (CTO Role)
 Architect and oversee the development of the company's proprietary platforms: 
 Logistics Management System 
(AI-powered routing, last-mile optimisation). 
 Laundry Management OS 
(RFID garment tracking, plant workflow automation). 
 CRM & Customer App 
(real-time order tracking, wallet integration, loyalty engine). 
 Manage in-house and outsourced 
 engineering teams 
 across multiple geographies. 
 Ensure 
 cybersecurity, data privacy, and platform scalability 
 for global expansion. 
 Operational Excellence 
 Oversee high-volume garment processing facilities with emphasis on 
 automation, workflow engineering, and quality assurance . 
 Implement global SOPs across facilities in Singapore, Australia, and upcoming markets. 
 Drive continuous innovation in 
 sustainability , including water/energy savings and eco-friendly detergents. 
 Talent Development 
 Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing leaders across operations, engineering, and marketing. 
 Foster a 
 culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-border collaboration .

 Requirements 
 Education: 
 Master's degree in 
 Computer Science or Software Engineering 
(mandatory). 
 MBA preferred , with focus on strategy, finance, or international business. 
 Experience: 
10+ years in leadership roles, including 
 CEO, CTO, or Founder-level experience . 
 Proven record of 
 building and scaling digital platforms 
 in logistics, e-commerce, or on-demand services. 
 Experience in 
 multi-country operations 
(APAC, Middle East, Australia, or Europe). 
 Hands-on exposure to 
 fundraising, acquisitions, and international joint ventures . 
 Technical Skills: 
 Expertise in 
 AI/ML for logistics , 
 mobile app ecosystems , and 
 RFID/IOT garment tracking . 
 Strong background in 
 cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) , API integrations, and scalable backend systems. 
 Leadership Skills: 
 Ability to balance 
 strategic vision with hands-on execution . 
 Proven success in managing multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
