- Work closely with the graphic designer to conceptualize and create menu designs, promotional collaterals, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all design assets align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, online & offline promotional materials, and other branded items.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and innovative strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion and make recommendations for incorporating new marketing channels into the overall strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferably a proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality industry or pre-opening environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics.
- Ability to think creatively, identify target market segments, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
