What you'll doAs the Field and Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate demand, improve thought leadership, and build long-term customer relationships across key Southeast Asian markets. You will work closely with the sales, partner, and marketing teams to create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to high-value accounts and local market dynamics.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines both field marketing and partner marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own the execution of partner programs and coordinate localized marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional goals and broader company objectives.
Responsibilities:- Design and execute localized field marketing strategies and events (e.g., conferences, roundtables, webinars, and customer meetups) to engage potential clients and partners in SEA.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify key target accounts, understand their needs, and align marketing programs to support lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Personalize content and messaging for specific accounts or industry verticals to create impactful and engaging marketing programs.
- Oversee logistics, budgets, and execution for events, ensuring optimal ROI and a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with strategic partners to deliver collaborative and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities to maximize business impact and ROI.
- Leverage consumer and partner insights to craft tailored marketing campaigns and strengthen partner collaborations.

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in field marketing and partner marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or fintech environment. Proven success in driving demand and pipeline growth in Southeast Asia.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to tailor marketing efforts to specific regions and target accounts.
- Experience in executing field marketing campaigns and events, as well as designing and running partner programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in additional SEA languages is a plus.
