About The Company
You will be responsible for overseeing SAP master data governance, user access rights, and process change management. You will work closely with our Philippines-based SAP team, as well as business and IT stakeholders, to ensure all system modifications and data processes are executed in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner.
You'll act as a subject matter expert for SAP access and master data policies, playing a key role in a company with a rich history in the manufacturing and FMCG industries.
About The Job
Take ownership of master data governance, including the creation of rules, strategic oversight of data housekeeping, and providing management clarity on processes.
Manage user roles, access requests, and authorizations. Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Manage transport requests and develop policies for SAP access and data management. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting process issues and ensuring a robust system is in place.
You'll be a key member of our corporate team, providing an independent voice and oversight to bridge communication and operational gaps between headquarters and the offshore team.
Skills And Experience Required
Proven experience in SAP Security/Authorization Management and Master Data Governance within SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

- Subsidiary Data Stewards: Local Regulatory, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Sourcing and Distribution professionals who provide and use specific master data
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Master Data Analyst main duties and responsibilities: Data Administration, Data Stewardship, Product Lifecyle Management Facilitation and Process Improvements.
Data Administration includes those tasks necessary to set up and maintain Material Master and Customer Master data in the SAP Systems. They are:
· Facilitate the creation of new material master data submitted by the subs data requestors
· Perform costing run for the material within the region / plant
· Maintain and/or enrich other related data eg: Purchase Information Records, Source Lists, etc
· Create and/or amend customer master data after performing quality checks
· Receive, analyze and implement requests for changes to material master and customer master data in cooperation with country data requestors and other country data stewards
· Respond to requests from data users to analyze and help resolve data problems that may be causing down stream transactional issues
· Maintain data cleanliness to ensure data integrity
· Maintain the service level agreement agreed with subs data requestors and other subs data stewards
Data Stewardship includes setting up and maintaining the regional procedures necessary for creating and maintaining high quality data. They are:
- Maintain and support strong working relationship with Subsidiary data requestors and other country data stewards
- Measure and report on regional data quality and adherence to the service level agreement
- Review existing processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy, which adhering to the company processes
- Coordinate with various key stakeholders, ie: quality, finance, to effectuate required attributes within material master for a smooth end to end transaction within SAP
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) facilitation involves collaborating with commercial and Product Managers/Marketing to ensure that product lifecycle strategies are implemented timely and accurately in the ERP system. They are:
- Establishing appropriate master data settings to support the new product ramp-up or phase-out strategies
- Assist to speed products to market by planning for and streamlining material master data setup for new product launches
- Facilitate the collection of relevant data to compile specific PLM strategies
- Assist with or lead special projects, but not limited to Process Improvements, including presentations materials and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Master Data is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable master data, which includes customer, product, raw material, vendor, and other critical data domains for the site operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the Superuser for SAP-PP/MM/WM within SCM, overseeing and supporting master data maintenance to guarantee accuracy and timely inputs through collaborations with various departments.
Oversee and manage the overall lifecycle of master data including creation, updates, and deletion of data entries in core systems to uphold data integrity.
Support SCM function by ensuring correct setup of master data for logistics, warehousing, production planning, purchasing, sales, and operation planning activities and identify process improvement with SAP systems
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data by conducting regular audits and validations, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective actions.
Provide first-level support for SAP system, validating master data requests and resolving discrepancies.
Act as site representative for patch, upgrade release testing with Global teams and all areas that enhance data quality and integrity in alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
Provide training materials and coaching end users on master data areas and share best practice and knowledge sharing initiatives across the organization.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of master data records to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards.
Coordinate with D&T and other departments to ensure data integration and synchronization across different systems, understand and address their data management requirements.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
Support the implementation and customization of master data management tools and technologies.

Education

Responsibilities:
Manages Business Partner (BP) Master Data
- Creates, extends, updates, and maintains SAP master data for BP, FI-Vendor, FI-Customer, House Bank, and other related records
- Ensures accuracy and completeness in all BP master data activities
Handles SAP FICO and Fixed Assets Master Data
- Creates, extends, updates, and maintains chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, foreign currency rates. fixed assets information, including transfers and retirements
- Ensures data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and accurate tracking and reporting of fixed assets
- Performs regular housekeeping exercises for BP master data to ensure data quality.
- Identifies and rectifies any discrepancies or outdated information
- Conducts regular reviews of master data for irregularities and implement checks and balances to maintain data integrity
- Reports findings and collaborate with IT and management to implement solutions
MDM Changes Review
- Reviews and confirms the accuracy of MDM creations and amendments
- Ensures all changes are properly documented and compliant with standards
Document Management and Data Extraction and Analysis
- Attaches and stores supporting files digitally for all master data activities
- Ensures easy retrieval and secure storage of documents
- Assist in extracting and analyzing master data for various reporting and decision-making purposes
- Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Process and System Enhancement
- Participates in the evaluation and implementation of improvements for MDM, AP, AR, and LOB/Bespoke systems
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field

Strong business understanding of supply chain related processes, data elements, and performance metrics (forecast accuracy, supply adherence, inventory turns).
Proven ability in data profiling, integrity analysis, governance, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, or similar data management tools; visualization skills in Power BI/Tableau are a plus.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM) highly regarded.
