Key Responsibilities:- Update sales orders and job orders dates into the company's MRP system (SYSPRO)
- Monitor shipment schedules daily to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on production shipment status to minimize delays
- Adjust material allocations into SYSPRO to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) to meet customer demands
- Update return merchandise authorization (RMA) to resolve customer issues
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with a strong focus on sales and operations
- Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience with a proven track record in sales coordination
