We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily quality control inspections to ensure that all finished products meet our internal quality standards.
- The role involves conducting daily QC inspections, which include checking the weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging, date code, and collecting samples for microbial tests.
- You will also conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspections, as well as check and ensure that all critical control points (CCPs) and control points (CPs) are properly controlled and monitored.
- In addition, you will conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluations for finished products, manage daily sampling for finished products, and conduct environment monitoring, including air testing, hand and protective coat swabbing, equipment and packaging total plate count (TPC) swabbing.
- Other tasks include conducting incoming imported goods physical inspections, recording non-conforming products, keying in and releasing raw materials and finished products from the SAP system, and performing other tasks as required and delegated by the QC Executive.
- Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Interest in the food industry is preferred
- Candidate must be a Singaporean citizen

- Safety & Regulatory Compliance.
