We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across all sites.
- Develop, implement, enforce, and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and regulations to guarantee site compliance with prevailing MOM safety acts and regulations.
- Enforce and ensure all sites adhere to Workplace, Safety & Health Acts.
- Provide safety advice, guidance, consultation, briefing, training, and support to operators, site staff, and workers/subcontractors to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
- Conduct and enforce WSH and In-House rules and regulations, inspections of safety work processes, and follow up corrective actions where necessary to ensure workplace safety and compliance with approved Safe Work Practices (SWP).
