Responsible for operation process safety for gases activities in the Leeden Group companies that is Singapore, East and West Malaysia and Batam. The person will also need to support regional and global PSM activities if requested. Responsible for the development and implementation of a Safety Culture for the Gas Division. MOC leader and PSSR leader. Development, implementation and compliance assurance for all process safety/performance best practices with all Leeden Group companies and engineering. Responsibilities
Communicate, promote and manage the company's vision concerning PSM standards and performance.

Regulatory compliance to PSM.

Oversee audits, pre-startup safety reviews (PSSRs), and Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
Develop and provide oversight and conduct audits for Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
Ensure inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance programs for critical safety systems (e.g., pressure vessels, relief devices, control systems). Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment integrity issues.

Requirements

More than 8 years of supervisory experience.
