About the Role:

What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international EHS regulations; develop and implement procedures and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits; investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage environmental programs (e.g., waste management, pollution prevention) and monitor performance metrics.
Conduct risk assessments for workplace hazards and environmental impacts; develop mitigation strategies and emergency response plans.
Develop and deliver training programs on safety, health, and environmental compliance topics; promote a culture of safety.

What You'll Bring:

Must be a Ministry of Manpower (MOM)-registered Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer in Singapore.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience in occupational health and safety.
Direct experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and processes.
Proven track record in leading and conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and implementing safety training programs.
