Qualifications
Minimum of 15+ years of progressive EHS experience across multiple sites.
Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of APAC health and safety regulations.
NEBOSH diploma or equivalent advanced safety/risk management certification.
Experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and performance improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly evolving infrastructure and operations.
