Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive EHS management system that aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to lead a team of professionals in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing annual/quarterly EHS work plans, budgets, and resource allocation schemes under the company's EHS strategic framework.
• Ensuring effective allocation of EHS resources such as personnel, equipment, and technology to meet safety production and compliance requirements.
• Implementing and carrying out EHS goals, indicators, and various management requirements set by the company.

• Fully responsible for organizing, preparing, and welcoming EHS and sustainability audits/inspections from customers, certification bodies, and government regulatory agencies.
• Serving as the main contact person for EHS, ensuring professional and efficient communication during the audit/inspection process.
• Leading the Management of audit findings (CAPA) developing, tracking, and closing them to ensure timely and effective corrective actions.

Security Management

Development, implementation and maintenance of the security procedures, countermeasures, awareness

Perform Security Risk Assessment to ensure compliance and impact needs
