Job Responsibilities : The ideal candidate is experienced with go-to-market planning globally across various verticals and sales channels to drive product growth in the technology or consumer electronics industry. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, adaptable, team-oriented and possess the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You should have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Manage product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position focused on Gaming products
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives
  • Conduct and run competitive benchmarking and product comparison
  • Work with product developers to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to others
  • Coordinate cross-group initiatives with internal stakeholders such as Sales, and Channel Marketing teams
  • Responsible for developing and implementing activities such as promotions and go-to-market for product launches
  • Be responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes
Pre-Requisites :
  • Minimally 3-5 years product marketing experience with consumer / lifestyle products
  • Proven product marketing background with excellent Creative Marketing skills
  • Those with good analytical and high adaptability skills are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Have strong people skills, able to work with the regional Sales & Marketing Teams to bring about increased sales to the market

    Develop, own and implement positioning and solutions-focused messaging strategy for the Intelligent Engagement Platform and supporting product areas.

    Lead and coordinate messaging needed for content plans to support our platform’s global multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns, reinforcing ON24’s position as an industry leader.

    Work with peers in Product Marketing, Customer Success, Demand Generation and Sales to define strategic content plan.

    Drive accountability for content KPIs, setting targets and tracking performance and learning.

    Partner with Product Marketing Release Operations Lead to ensure product launches are executed with supporting materials.

    Build strategic frameworks and playbooks that enable sales success across target audiences and industries.

Skills & Experience:

    10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, and/or industry solutions marketing

    Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and strategy to leaders across the business

    Experience in Martech, webinar & virtual event tools, and/or using ON24 is a plus

    Proven ability to lead and collaborate with others cross-functionally

    Proven success managing and mentoring a team

    Passionate about using data to drive decision making and strategies forward

    Background building go-to-market, solutions-oriented strategies in key industries and understand buyer profiles across Technology, Financial Services, and Life Sciences

The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Go To market strategies for Snapchat's App performance marketing solutions. You will use your knowledge of marketplaces, platforms, and products used by Direct Response advertisers, and your understanding of the ad tech industry to properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat's solutions.
**What you'll do:**
+ Partner closely with our Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in the APAC region
+ Represent product teams in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches and implementing activations in order to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
+ Be a recognized App marketing expert and develop go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
+ Use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform the roadmap through the collection and systematic extraction of key themes coming in from marketers and advertisers who use the platform.
+ Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly
+ Inspire and educate both internal and external teams on Snapchat's performance solutions for advertisers
+ Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Deep knowledge of the performance digital ads competitive landscape, especially for App acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for verticals such as Gaming, Retail, Tech or Finance.
+ Ability to transform complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
+ Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills; ability to identify new opportunities and improve overall product marketing strategy
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute go-to-market plans
+ A team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within Snapchat and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance
+ Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
+ Ability to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Native/fluent in Mandarin
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
+ 5+ years of experience in product marketing/product strategy or other relevant digital marketing/sales work
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in product marketing, product management, strategy at a technology or advertising technology company
+ Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption
+ At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams
+ Experience in a performance-based advertiser or digital advertising tech company
+ Well versed with Social media ads manager platforms, and digital advertising measurement tools
