Roles & Responsibilities
This role is for someone who lives on social, not someone who just ‘knows’ it.
We’re looking for a content-first, execution-obsessed creator who can turn our event work, behind-the-scenes moments, and team culture into scroll-stopping content.
You’ll be the voice and visuals of GO across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is not a scheduling job. It’s a show-how-we-work, bring-the-brand-to-life job.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Capture real-time content from events, office moments, and shoots
- Build and run our content calendar across IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Work closely with the founders (husband-wife team) to shape narrative and tone
- Turn raw materials (photos, decks, b-roll) into polished, engaging content
- Write captions that feel human – not corporate
- Edit short-form videos with solid pacing and story
- Track what works. Double down. Kill what doesn’t.
- Think in formats: Reels, memes, carousels, 15-sec bangers
- Have an eye for design and can do basic editing (CapCut, Canva, etc)
- Are obsessed with creators like Alex Hormozi, Lynette Adkins, or StartupTok
- Know how to take initiative and push out content without hand-holding
- Want to build a brand with real momentum, not just chase likes
- Have worked in events, agency, or lifestyle/hospitality
- Have shot or edited content for founders, creators, or brands
- Are comfortable being in the content sometimes (we don’t hide behind logos)
- Creative freedom (no 17-layer approval process)
- A team that moves fast and backs bold content
- Office at Lavender with studio gear, edit tools, and zero politics
- Salary based on experience + bonus tied to performance
- Your IG/TikTok/LinkedIn (show us what you’ve made)
- A short note or vid on why this role fits you
Seniority level

We’re Looking for a Content Creator with a Camera & a Conscience

You Should Be Someone Who:
- Has a good eye and even better instincts
- Gets social (platforms and people)
- Shoots and edits like a storyteller
- Doesn’t mind being behind the camera, but can also jump in with ideas
- Loves the idea of building something from the ground up with us
We’re not looking for “rockstars” or “ninjas.”
We’re looking for good humans with creative fire who want to grow with us , try cool stuff, and learn as we go.
Humble hustle. Heart in the craft. That’s the vibe.
The office is pretty near the MRT, the mall and is quite central
Send us your reel, portfolio, or even your TikTok handle—we’d love to see how you tell stories.
