What You’ll Do
Airwallex is looking to grow our Global Product Strategy and Operations team to bridge the gap between customers, commercial and product teams. As a core member, you will directly contribute to the direction of Airwallex’s product strategy and scale this function. This role is based in Singapore.
Develop a thorough customer needs understanding across segments, regions and propositions through direct interviews, competitor analysis and data analysis
Collaborate with product and strategic partnership teams to translate customer needs into a market-leading product and commercial strategy
Deliver great product experiences to market in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, legal, pricing, with feedback loops to learn and pivot
Apply first principles problem solving to develop strategic product bets to grow the business and unlock use cases
Embed robust ways of working, best practices and capabilities across product, commercial and strategy teams
Communicate key recommendations to senior stakeholders including the CEO, VP Global Head of Product and other leaders
Drive new initiatives from concept to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
Who You Are
We are looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a product strategy function at a fast-growing tech company
Self-starter who can identify and prioritise opportunities and go deep into problems
Proven ability to collaborate across teams (sales, operations, design, marketing, product, analytics)
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong analytical and first-principles problem solving skills
Experience in technology, financial services or high-growth environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstrated academic achievement

About the Team
Payments are a core pillar of Airwallex’s financial infrastructure, allowing merchants worldwide to accept payments using over 160 different card schemes and payment methods. The Payments team is expanding rapidly to support new regions such as Japan and Mexico, as well as new services, including POS Terminals and Merchant of Record solutions. The team is growing rapidly with greater than 100% growth annually, and is maturing into an independent business entity within the Airwallex suite of products.
What will you do
You will partner with the Product General Manager, Payments, to define and expand the strategic direction of the Payments team. You will explore and expand on the team’s regional expansion strategy, pricing approach, GTM motion, and more. The role is truly cross-functional: you will work directly with product and engineering team members to drive various new initiatives, requiring you to be hands-on and go deep into the Payments environment. You will engage with Revenue Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to position Payments for accelerated growth. You will liaise directly with Executive leadership on activities related to Payments strategy.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Drive and expand the strategic direction of the Airwallex Payments team, working closely with the Product General Manager, Payments.
In-depth customer, market, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and winning strategies to accelerate business growth
Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that bring together market expansion plans, product development initiatives, pricing strategies, and internal support/ enablement plans
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Payments initiatives.
Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress toward goals, key risks, and dependencies.
Take a data-driven approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and the overall health of the Payments team.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are
You are a proven leader and strategic operator with a track record of driving large-scale change within high-growth, technically complex environments.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, with a significant portion in either a top-tier strategy consulting firm or within a Product Strategy/Operations leadership function at a leading B2B Fintech or high-growth global technology company.
Demonstrated experience driving strategy formulation and operational change management across a global, multi-product organization.
Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for C-level audiences.
Mastery of first-principles thinking and advanced analytical problem-solving to dissect business challenges, model growth scenarios, and establish data-driven strategic direction.
Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority, fostering collaboration and achieving consensus across highly diverse functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

About the Role
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our client’s product team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user insights that shape product strategies and enhance experiences for millions of users—ranging from consumers and creators to businesses across global markets. You’ll apply a mix of qualitative and mixed research methods to guide design, product direction, and business decisions.
Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and data teams to define impactful research goals with a focus on the APAC region.

**Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:**
The Director, Market Analysis plays a crucial role in supporting Singapore Trading activities by providing oversight and guidance to the Market Analysts group. This support encompasses offering fundamental analysis direction to the analysts, as well as serving as the Strategist for Global Heavies Trading.
The incumbent will lead the local team of Market Analysts and collaborate with strategists and analysts in other Phillips 66 offices to develop trading strategies based on fundamental analysis, focusing on Heavies. The Director, Market Analysis is expected to actively engage local trading managers to understand business needs and tailor analysis accordingly.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Understand local key trading positions in crude, clean products, fuel oil, NGL, LPG, renewables and coordinate local market analysts' work to suggest/evaluate required analysis to ensure all aspects of a trade position is understood.
* Coordinate development and maintenance of supply and demand models for the Heavies group and understand other supply / demand models supported by other commodity strategists. This involves working closely with Trading to understand the market trends, incorporate downtime, seasonal cycles, macroeconomic variables and utilize import/export data to ensure models are accurate and accepted by trading.
* Work with market analysts to improve the accuracy of supply and demand models and forecasts for short and medium terms.
* Identify market anomalies and communicate to Trading on what physical market and forward market changes might occur. This includes understanding and communicating geopolitical and regulatory events/factors which impact price movements.
* Collaborate with traders and global team of strategists to predict market behaviours using models and identify additional fundamental data to develop forward global market views using predictive models.
* Network and develop relationships with external consultants and other analysts in the industry for market understanding.
* Participate in weekly meetings with traders and collaborate to generate trading ideas, formulate short-term market views and trading strategies centered on spreads, options, flat and floating prices for physical and paper trades.
* Lead local team of market analysts in preparation of global trading meetings and provide ad hoc analysis and help with data augmentation exercises carried by the analysis team.
* Work with the Chief Economist Office by updating corporate long-range price forecasts.
* Assist with the development and implementation of Quantitative Analysis methods, as appropriate, to capitalize on opportunities in financials trading in the various derivatives markets.
* Work with third party consultants and brokers to understand and evaluate views on oil movements and factor those into development of Phillips 66's market view.
* Coach / mentor the team of analysts to support their development within the company by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive excellence and continuous improvement in analytical capabilities.
**Basic / Required Qualifications: **
* Master's or advance degree in engineering, finance or economics
* 10+ years of market analysis experience at a major oil company, commodity trading house or investment bank with previous experience in leading a team of market analysts
* Prior working experience in other trading hubs like London, NYC, Dubai or Houston is a plus
* Financial, economic, statistical analysis or modelling experience required
* Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency with Excel, Access or other database software, statistical modelling software, and economic model development is a plus with coding experience in SQL, VBA, Python, R or other programming language
* High degree of collaborative skills with the ability to develop, lead and actively participate on cross functional teams and counterparts globally
