Private Equity / Search Fund Intern

Job scope
Associates will directly report into the principals and get mentorship on topics such as industry research, deal sourcing, due diligence and value creation in the process of performing tasks including (but not limited to):
- (Industry scans) Conduct desktop or primary research (including expert or potential customer interviews) on industries and companies
- (Deal sourcing) Support outreach efforts both through calling and emails
- (Financial modeling) Build LBO models to evaluate attractiveness of deals
(Investment thesis / due diligence) Synthesise analysis in powerpoint decks and excel models, including
