About the Role

Build and maintain detailed

Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentation decks for the Investment Committee and external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external processes for deal approvals and closing logistics.
Upload, structure, and format new deals on the RealVantage platform, ensuring all investor-facing materials (deal summaries, financials, visuals) are accurate and compelling.
Liaise with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure timely publishing and promotion of live deals.
Portfolio Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyse the financial performance of assets across various markets (AU, UK, US, EU, Asia etc.).
Prepare regular investment updates and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
Track KPIs, forecast returns, and support variance analysis against underwriting assumptions.
Investor Relations & Communication
Contribute to investor presentations and campaign materials.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, finance, or consulting preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and a demonstrated interest in real estate or investments are encouraged to apply.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel proficiency essential).
