  • Highly numerate and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diligent, organised, reliable with attention to detail.
  • Curious and willingness to suggest improvements.

The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assisting to prepare reporting materials which include results /board slides, ESG related benchmarking submissions, annual report, valuation, asset audits. 2) Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, including competitor benchmarking and ways to optimise portfolio / asset performances. 3) Exposure to support asset management or investment related tasks where relevant. Learning Outcomes: 1) Opportunities to be exposed to real-life tasks relating to fund management activities, with cross department learning and interaction where feasible. 2) Exposure to meeting with institutional investors to understand investors requirements and challenges to achieving them.
