- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a flow cytometry laboratory will be preferred.
- Proven experience with flow cytometry, including instrument operation and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of flow cytometry principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with immunophenotyping other common applications of flow cytometry will be preferred.
- Good analytical skills with keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Analysis & Reporting. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, this position will be required to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in prevention, diagnosis, treatment of diseases as well as patients monitoring with the clinicians. POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Duties include working in pre-analytical, analytical, maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation, technical validation and inventory management.

- Able to properly set up, calibrate, maintain, operate and shut down the analytical instruments.
