This position is responsible for performing animal care duties, which include a variety of routine tasks associated with general laboratory animal care in biomedical research that include and not limited to the list below:

• performing daily care of animals, including related duties required for the proper care, feeding and housing of laboratory animals

• performing daily checking of the facility or equipment, to identify and report issue to supervisor

You will also be expected to assist the veterinary staff when necessary and undertake other duties as assigned. New assignments may also be given and are accompanied by detailed instructions, and completed work is checked for accuracy and compliance to established regulatory standards.

• Drive the centralisation of Anatomic Pathology (AP) services across institutions, developing a comprehensive operational framework to harmonise and consolidate resources at the cluster level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical leads to implement strategic projects and initiatives that enhance service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Coordinate the upgrading of facilities and equipment to meet service needs, including preparing technical specifications and reviewing proposals.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses, and evaluations to recommend cost-effective care models for implementation.
