The clinic is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Clinic Assistant.
">In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of clinic operations and patient care. This includes reception and registration, queue management, dispensing medications, invoicing and collection of payment, making appointments for referrals, handling phone calls and enquiries.
You will also support doctors during clinic procedures and act as a chaperone. Additionally, you will perform various clinic procedures such as ECG and inhaler therapy, facilitate health screening such as taking height and weight, checking vision, and ensure accurate and prompt claims submission to government agencies and insurance companies.
Your duties will also include monitoring medication, consumables, and equipment stocks, filing and documentation, and meeting the requirements outlined below:
RequirementsConversant in English and one other language (Mandarin preferred)

Able to commit to some weekday nights and weekend shifts, including Sunday nights:
- Weekday morning shift: 8.30am to 1pm
- Weekday evening shift: 4pm to 8.30pm
- Saturday shift: 8.30am to 1pm
- Sunday shift: 5pm to 8.30pm
Supplemental pay includes:
- 13th month salary

- Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to maximize patient care
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of physiotherapy services modalities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPC
- At least 2 years of working experience as Physiotherapist in Singapore
- Comfortable to work during weekends/ PH
