Job Description
You will assist in overseeing frontline operations of the outpatient specialist clinics to ensure smooth operation of the clinics. You will be required to lead and guide a team to provide patient services, be the point of contact for other informatic team (eg. Medical, Nursing, AHP etc.) to work out system interface requirements and implementation of SOC projects. You will coordinate training activities and collaborate with other departments and institutions relating to any SOC projects and conduct quality assurance checks of data.
You will manage and oversee the IT asset and be responsible for planning and evaluating the budget and purchases of the IT asset in the SOC. You will be required to analyse data, plan, and allocate resources to optimize the delivery of healthcare services. Lastly, you will need to prepare statistics for fact-based benchmarking and process mapping for management reporting.
Requirements
• Recognized degree with at least 2 years' working experience in healthcare
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with analytical ability to manage complex issues and process information with detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Work and Powerpoint a must.
