Working hours: 5-5.5 days (44hours/week), Mon-Sun, including PH
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment, analysis and provision of clinical diagnosis autonomously for individual patients to determine their need for physiotherapy intervention within specialist area
- Use evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patient care autonomously to maximize health status
- Ensure completion of patient documentation, records and accurate statistical to reflect care provided and meet standards
- Able to manage complex and challenging cases in area of specialty
- Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to maximize patient care
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of physiotherapy services modalities
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPC
- At least 2 years of working experience as Physiotherapist in Singapore
- Comfortable to work during weekends/ PH

The Clinic Operations Executive would be required to manage the time between the clinic and the headquarter (HQ), plays a significant role in overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to various projects aimed at improving the overall functioning of the clinic network.
The role would be a combination of operational, administrative, and project-based tasks, with an added focus on ensuring efficiency in both clinic and HQ environments.
Acting as the liaison between clinic staff and HQ management, ensuring that any issues or needs from the clinic are communicated effectively and that HQ resources or strategies are implemented in the clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in day-to-day operations.
- Handle feedback and complaints and oversee service recovery.
- Preparation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff where needed.
- Managing, supervising and guiding front counter staff.
- Ensure setup and smooth operations for clinic and projects.
- Highlight any potential/ issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Implement, establish and review SOP and workflow for efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and claims.
- Manage internal and external communications and answering queries about the clinic.
- Oversee clinic stocks as well as the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment.
- Optimize appointments to reduce unnecessary gaps.
- Independently assist in intermediate or advanced procedures with finesse and precision.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Hybrid Work Component (Clinic & HQ):
- Clinic Duties: Regular visits to the clinic are essential for operational oversight, staff management, and ensuring the clinic is functioning smoothly.
- HQ Duties: While at the HQ, the Clinic Operations Executive may engage in administrative tasks such as reporting, analysis, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
The hybrid between Clinic & HQ will be at the ratio of 4:1 and will be on a clinic rotation to familarise and work in a clinic setting, under assigned portfolio.
