This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Mediacorp Image Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating manpower, scheduling, and administrative processes to support both makeup and wardrobe operations.
This position requires strong operational and production experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on makeup and wardrobe requisitions and appointments.
Prepare and manage weekly and rest day rosters, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage for both unit and on-location assignments.
Perform administrative and operational duties, including requisition, billing, and preparation of reports.
Engage and coordinate with vendors and freelancers to support operational requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of operational records and billing matters.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the Image Unit.
