We are looking for a passionate Media and Broadcasting Manager focused on planning and promoting music and entertainment content, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with a music background or a strong interest in the music industry, participating in the full production process—from creating self-produced musical content, program planning, to distribution across social media and other digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage music-related broadcasting, media, and digital content projects.
- Collaborate closely with music production teams, artists, and external partners to ensure quality and creativity.
- Develop content release schedules and promotional strategies to increase audience reach for programs and music works.
- Monitor media data and feedback to optimize broadcasting and social media performance.
- Manage the team and coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Diploma or higher (Music, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- Strong interest and understanding of the music industry and broadcasting/digital media.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative planning and content execution abilities, capable of independently driving projects.
- Familiarity with multimedia production and digital platform operations is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Outdoor Broadcasting Truck and Flypack scheduling
- Schedule the Flypacks and Outdoor Broadcasting (OB) efficiently, maximizing utilization. Working closely with sales, engineering, and the delivery teams to balance competing priorities, but all common goals of maximizing profit.
- Understand the functional differences and similarities between the various solutions we have
- Clearly communicate availability to stakeholders, quickly identifying potential conflicts, offering solutions
- Maintain updated schedules so all departments remain aligned
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Closely and seamlessly work with the sales department to maximize revenue opportunities and utilization
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure clarity on timelines and locations.
- Work closely with in-house engineering to understand any technical limitations and factors to consider
- Support the finance team with forecasts as requested.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work unsupervised for most day-to-day responsibilities, escalating only when needed
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery.
- At least 2 years experience in broadcast television and logistics
- A quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
- Quick adaptability to new processes and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Support the scheduling of Flypacks and Outside Broadcasting (OB) facilities in collaboration with the Project Director and Sales team.
Gather input from engineering as well as logistics, procurement, and equipment allocation teams to provide accurate information for decision-making.
Ensure all scheduling considerations—technical, logistical, and operational—are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Maintain and update schedules on relevant platforms so all departments remain aligned and informed.
Flag potential conflicts early, and where appropriate, make or recommend decisions to keep projects on track.
Work closely with the sales team to provide utilization data and scheduling input that supports revenue opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and equipment allocation teams to address timelines, equipment movements, and potential shortages—supporting these departments when issues or conflicts arise.
Support in-house engineering by communicating scheduling requirements and highlighting any technical considerations raised.
Assist the finance team by supplying accurate information to support forecasting and reporting needs.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple NEP offices and time zones to ensure smooth delivery of global projects.
Manage project update meetings, including attendee lists, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring all teams remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Position Requirements

Self-motivated, able to work independently while escalating issues when necessary.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services involving equipment delivery.
At least 1 year experience in broadcast television, event project management, and/or event logistics, ideally with exposure to large-scale live events.
Ability to think strategically at a big-picture level while also narrowing focus to granular departmental details, ensuring leadership understands key nuances.
Experience working across international teams, time zones, and supporting large-scale, globally televised events.
Capable of making informed decisions when required to maintain project momentum.
Willingness to travel to project events and provide onsite support when required.
A fast learner who asks the right questions and adapts quickly to new processes and software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management (PMP) certification is preferred.
