Our Client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the Middle East and Asia (MEA). This senior sales leader will focus on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business across the region with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition and geographic expansion. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of MEA, this role demands a true "hunter" with deep market knowledge, strong client networks, and the drive to establish Media Services as the go-to provider across emerging and established MEA markets.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of a regional go-to-market strategy focused on new client acquisition and market expansion
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential opportunities across broadcasters, production houses, OTT platforms, sports organizations, and government agencies
• Open new geographic markets within MEA, identifying region-specific opportunities in media production, content services, and remote/cloud-based workflows
• Represent NEP in the region through direct client engagement, trade events, and industry conferences
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and solutions teams to develop regionally relevant service offerings and proposals
• Prepare and lead compelling sales pitches, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions
• Provide market intelligence and insight to guide regional strategy and investment decisions
• Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity, forecasting, and progress against regional KPIs
Job Requirements:
• 8–10+ years in B2B sales or business development in media, broadcast, or technology services, with significant experience in the MEA region
• Proven success in a hunter role, consistently winning new business and penetrating new markets
• Strong knowledge of media supply chains, including remote production, post-production, playout, and digital workflows
• Established network of industry contacts across MEA, with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision
• Ability to travel extensively across the MEA region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Schedule the Flypacks and Outdoor Broadcasting (OB) efficiently, maximizing utilization. Working closely with sales, engineering, and the delivery teams to balance competing priorities, but all common goals of maximizing profit.
- Understand the functional differences and similarities between the various solutions we have
- Clearly communicate availability to stakeholders, quickly identifying potential conflicts, offering solutions
- Maintain updated schedules so all departments remain aligned
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Closely and seamlessly work with the sales department to maximize revenue opportunities and utilization
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure clarity on timelines and locations.
- Work closely with in-house engineering to understand any technical limitations and factors to consider
- Support the finance team with forecasts as requested.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work unsupervised for most day-to-day responsibilities, escalating only when needed
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery.
- At least 2 years experience in broadcast television and logistics
- A quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
