The World Inline Freestyle Championship 2025 is the highest-level international competition in the sport of Inline Freestyle skating, sanctioned by World Skate, the global governing body for rollersports. The event gathers elite athletes from over 30 countries to compete in various freestyle disciplines, including Classic Slalom, Battle Slalom, Speed Slalom, Pair Slalom, and Freestyle Slides.
Hosted by the Singapore Rollersports Federation and endorsed by Sport Singapore, the 2025 edition will take place in Singapore, marking a historic milestone as the country welcomes the world's best inline freestyle athletes.
The championship spans several days of competition, ceremonies, and cultural exchange, with hundreds of participants, officials, and spectators attending. Workers and volunteers will be part of a large-scale international sporting event — assisting in event operations, athlete management, logistics, judging support, media, and public engagement.
Job Description
The Livestream Crew (Assistant) will support the main broadcast team in delivering a smooth and professional livestream for the World Inline Freestyle Championship 2025. This role involves assisting with the setup, operation, and coordination of live video coverage during the event.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the main livestream crew in preparing and maintaining the broadcast setup
- Support camera positioning, cable management, and basic technical coordination
- Monitor livestream quality and provide feedback to the production team
- Help ensure seamless transitions between event segments and camera angles
- Coordinate with event operations, announcers, and production leads for timing cues
- Follow safety and broadcast protocols as directed
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of livestreaming, camera operations, or broadcasting workflows
- Able to take direction and work effectively under time pressure
- Punctual, attentive, and reliable during event hours
- No personal equipment required — all necessary gear will be provided
- Prior experience in event or media production is a plus

Schedule the Flypacks and Outdoor Broadcasting (OB) efficiently, maximizing utilization. Working closely with sales, engineering, and the delivery teams to balance competing priorities, but all common goals of maximizing profit.
Understand the functional differences and similarities between the various solutions we have
Clearly communicate availability to stakeholders, quickly identifying potential conflicts, offering solutions
Maintain updated schedules so all departments remain aligned
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Closely and seamlessly work with the sales department to maximize revenue opportunities and utilization
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure clarity on timelines and locations.
Work closely with in-house engineering to understand any technical limitations and factors to consider
Support the finance team with forecasts as requested.
Position Requirements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to work unsupervised for most day-to-day responsibilities, escalating only when needed
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a cross-functional environment managing time-critical services dependent on equipment delivery.
At least 2 years experience in broadcast television and logistics
A quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
