We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Livestream Sales Specialist to develop engaging content, host live sales sessions, and foster collaborations with TikTok affiliates. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media trends, e-commerce, and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore/Malaysia (see respective job role), and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Tasks- Content Creation: Develop and produce original, high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and posts that showcase our consumer goods, highlight product features, and align with current trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- Livestreaming Sales: Plan, host, and manage live sales events on TikTok and Instagram, demonstrating products in real-time, interacting with viewers, answering questions, and driving direct sales through integrated shopping features.
- Affiliate Coordination: Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with TikTok affiliates and influencers to co-create content, run joint promotions, and expand our affiliate network for mutual growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance using platform analytics, track sales metrics from livestreams, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content and collaborations reflect Wholedistro's brand voice, values, and target audience, while complying with platform guidelines and legal standards.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to innovate content strategies and boost visibility.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align content with inventory, promotions, and overall business goals.
- Experience: Proven track record in content creation on TikTok and Instagram, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role. Experience in livestreaming sales or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later or Hootsuite).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a charismatic on-camera presence. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce trends. Familiarity with consumer goods industry is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: -
1. Content Ideation & Planning
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas for campaigns, social media, and client activations.
- Research and track trends, hashtags, and formats that align with each brand’s tone and audience.
- Build simple storyboards or shot lists for planned shoots.
2. Shooting & Production
- Execute both planned and on-the-fly shoots using mobile devices, point-and-shoot cameras, and handheld gimbals (e.g., OSIM or similar stabilizers).
- Capture photo and video content in a variety of settings: product shots, lifestyle moments, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Direct on-site shoots — from posing talent to staging products — to achieve brand-consistent results.
3. Editing & post-production
- Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social-first formats.
- Apply graphics, captions, sound, and effects to make content platform-ready and engaging.

4. Social Platform Savvy
