- Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all production equipment and facility systems.
- Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Respond to and follow up on repair requests from various departments within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records for maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor running hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related documentation.
- Perform daily start-up checks and ensure proper functioning of production and facility equipment.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of facility services, including air conditioning systems, fire protection (sprinkler) systems, plumbing, electrical power, and lighting.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks.
- Conduct weekly Single Point Lessons (SPLs) or hands-on training sessions for production operators to promote equipment understanding and operational safety.
