We are well established both in the local industry and international arena with offices operating in Asia. The business is now in the growth & expansion phase looking for motivated individual wanting to join us as Facility Maintenance Technician.
Location : Tuas
Responsibilities:
- Participate in maintenance and manufacturing activities
- To carry out daily checks on facility and fill up relevant checklists.
- To carry out daily patrol of facility and report on defects or abnormalities.
- To carry out housekeeping within the facility.
- Perform in preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repair of Mechanical and Electrical system
- Maintain tools and inventories in good storage.
- Complying with standards, regulations, and safe work practices
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC/Nitec in Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized.
- Team player & able to work independently
- Willing to learn
-Some working experience in the Semiconductor Wafer fab industry
Additional Information:
- Candidates are required to move parts around of up to 15kg and handle heavy equipment.
Candidates are required to work with chemical, PPE are provided.

The facility is seeking a skilled Animal Life Support Specialist Associate to perform daily monitoring of the animal life support system and conduct preventive maintenance and repair to the facility and equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Automatic watering systems for animals
- Central gas supply systems
- Lighting management systems
- Cage and tunnel washers
- Bulk and tabletop autoclaves
- Building air-con and building management systems
