Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of rotating and static equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, valves, piping).
• Perform precision alignment, balancing, and equipment overhauls in accordance with OEM standards.
• Use diagnostic tools such as vibration analyzers and ultrasonic leak detectors.

Installation & Project Support

• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Toolbox meetings.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update records in CMMS (e.g., SAP/eMaint).
• Report defects, near-misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.

Skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings and mechanical schematics.
• Hands-on skills with mechanical alignment, torqueing, and flange management.
• Knowledge of API/ASME standards and basic condition monitoring.
