The Enterprise Support/IT Engineer resolves client IT incidents and tasks using JIRA, email, phone, remote tools, and on-site visits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close assigned tickets.
  • Document current information and develop SOPs.
  • Generate maintenance reports and provision IT equipment for new employees.
  • Inspect AV equipment for functionality.
  • Support VIP users.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT-related field or equivalent.
