About The Role
You'll have a front seat experience in impacting women across the globe through fashion and technology. As our trusty IT Executive, you will be the enabler for all teams in Love, Bonito by providing them with a top-notch and seamless working environment. Most importantly, you'll be part of an amazing journey of building the best technology team in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service Desk Support: Provide 1st & 2nd level end user and system support via phone, email, or chat. This includes answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams according to the SLA
- Device/Software Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications across the organization. This includes managing software licenses, ensuring compatibility, and providing user training.
- Device Deployment: Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software to new hires and also collection of devices during offboarding.
- Network Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication and data transfer. This includes monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions
- Asset and Configuration Management: Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets and tracking their configurations to ensure efficient resource utilization and compliance with organizational policies. This includes asset tagging, configuration documentation, and lifecycle management using IT Asset Management Tools
- Store Setup: Plan and execute the IT setup for new store openings, including network configuration, POS system installation, and hardware setup
- Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to store staff during and after the opening period
- System Configuration: Configure and test IT systems, including computers, printers, and network devices, to ensure optimal performance. Support and maintain physical security systems such as CCTV, door access etc
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and solutions
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure seamless IT operations and support
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in IT Technical Support or an equivalent
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Technical Skills:
- Basic/Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in setting up and deploying desktops/laptops for onboarding and offboarding
- Basic to advanced knowledge of networking (firewalls, routers, VLANs, routing protocols)
- Familiarity with IT Asset and Configuration Management tools
- Systems & Tools:
- Experience in UniFi technologies is an advantage
- Experience with physical security systems (CCTV, door access, Hikvision, etc.)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support
- Ability to work collaboratively within IT and cross-functional teams
- Additional Skills:
- Experience with store IT setup, including network and POS systems, is advantageous
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage IT-related installations

We are looking for a Junior IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Support to provide L1 technical support for end-users in a banking environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT support experience who are keen to build a career in IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Provide basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, MS Office, and network connectivity issues
- Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory tasks
- Support new hire onboarding (laptop setup, email configuration, application access)
- Log and track tickets in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) and escalate to L2 when required
- Provide remote desktop support for users across different locations
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles for common issues
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure incidents are resolved within SLA
- 6 months – 1 year of IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience (internship experience acceptable)
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook
- Familiarity with Active Directory (user account management)
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN login, printers)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred, not mandatory)
