Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain complex data models to solve budgeting, planning, performance management and reporting challenges.
- Maintain OLAP multi-dimensional cubes and support dimension management, metadata design and maintenance and ETL development.
- Undertaking data collection, preprocessing and analysis of large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and presenting information using data visualization techniques.

Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Hospitality Management, or other Analytical fields.
Experience
- 1-2 years working experience with database knowledge preferred but not mandatory for analytical field, or relevant studies.
- Key Interests in Financial modeling, OLAP modeling, process automation and keen to learn OLAP Tools like IBM Cognos TM1/ Planning Analytics is highly desirable.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, VBA, R, data mining & modeling skills is highly preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos) or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Prior Experience in IBM Cognos TM1/ Planning Analytics is highly desired.
- Experience with financial analysis, trend analysis, Capex process, accounting, budgeting with background in Hospitality and/or Gaming would be a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support via service desk for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and manage servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor firewall configurations (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto)
- Support backup and disaster recovery systems
- Implement system patches, upgrades, and security policies
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and MFA systems
- Document incidents, changes, and infrastructure procedures
- Assist in infrastructure projects (on-premises or cloud migrations, etc.)
Required Skills
