6 days/week (incl. weekends & PH)
Up to 10 hrs/day (OT payable)
Duties: Cook & assemble ramen, prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, follow food safety, assist with stock, support team.
Requirements: Min. 1 yr kitchen/F&B exp (Japanese cuisine a plus), basic prep skills, team player, can work shifts & weekends.
