Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and guide the Senior Accountant, Accountant, and Senior Finance Executive, providing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for finance matters across Singapore and regional entities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Manage month-end,quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, reviewing financial reports, consolidations, and variance analyses.
- Prepare management presentations and reports for the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director to support decision-making.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for Singapore and regional entities.

Compliance & Audit
- Support GST submissions, MPA audits, and corporate income tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits, and maintain internal controls and governance standards.
Transactional Oversight
- Review and approve staff claims and payment vouchers in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and settlements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Work with country finance teams to standardize and improve processes, reporting, and internal controls.
- Support finance system improvements, automation, and regional finance projects to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably with multi-country or regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax, GST, and audit processes.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, local GAAP) and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems such as Globe 3 or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to supervise finance teams and collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
As Finance Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with colleagues across departments as you prepare accurate financial reports, support audits, oversee tax compliance activities, and drive improvements in treasury management.

- Hands-on oriented.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiar with Dubai and China accounts would be a plus but not mandatory for consideration.
- Mandarin skills are beneficial for contract review and cross-border communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Education in Accountancy and a certified CPA.
- At least 8-10 years of work experience in audit and accounting from the Big Four accounting firms or MNCs of which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in high-end ERP system (for example SAP or Oracle) is desirable.
- Candidates from oil and gas industry, complex utility infrastructure operations or heavy asset-based corporations will be advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, results focused and willing to work under tight timelines with different stakeholders
