Engineer's Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot all products/test equipment on the production floor.
- Debug and repair production line rejects.
- Liaise with different departments on resolving various issues.
- Able to work well in a cross functional team.
- Perform Electrical/Electronic analysis and compile report for failure analysis purposes.
- Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
- Support production on setting up of equipment, jigs and fixtures.
- Handle any ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with 3 years' relevant experience for Engineer level.
- Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA.
- Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
- Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.
- Two shifts will be offered, Morning Shift 8:20am to 5:50pm (Monday to Friday)/Night Shift 5:50pm to 5:50am (Monday to Thursday).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our semiconductor engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving failures in semiconductor devices, providing root cause analysis (RCA), and driving corrective actions to improve product reliability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead electrical, physical, and material failure analysis on semiconductor components (e.g., ICs, wafers, packages).

+ Familiar with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
+ Established in hands-on EFA skillsets to perform Electrical fault isolation using laser induced techniques, photon emission and thermal microscopy with good understanding on techniques strength and limitation
+ Established in hands-on PFA skillsets to perform Physical Failure analysis methods including mechanical polishing/delayering, SEM inspection, FIB analysis and chemical etch procedures, for sample preparation and defect viewing
+ Experience on operating lab electronic instruments, ie Parametric Analyzers, are highly valued.

Failure Analysis Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Failure Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our products.
Responsibilities:- Perform TEM (transmission electron microscopy) sample preparation using Focused-ion beam/Scanning Electron Microscope for semiconductor failure analysis and characterization.
- Prepare samples for pre-FIB related tasks such as optical microscope inspection, Si wafer navigation, chip delayering, RIE etching, sputter coating, and other processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate new failure analysis techniques and technologies.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to support urgent and critical production requests while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Microelectronics Engineering.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts.
- Strong hands-on skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in FIB for TEM sample preparation.
- Basic knowledge of the semiconductor industry.

Role Summary
You are responsible to support and contribute in Product FA (Failure Analysis) and FA tools /laboratory maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Product yield and wafer return EFA/PFA (Electrical /Physical failure analysis)
- To perform physical Failure analysis using FIB/TEM/SEM/EDX/Sela Cleave
- To perform layer by layer mechanical polishing
- Have experience on IV curve tracing and hotspot analysis.
- To compile FA reports based on the FA work done.
- To involve in the FA Lab tools /equipment maintenance.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
- Diploma in Electrical /Electronics /Material /Mechanical Engineering or Physics science.
- Have worked in FA lab with relevant experience on Cu technology process would be plus.
- Fresh Diploma graduates will be considered.
