The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities to ensure targets for quality, output, and efficiency are met.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of production operators and supervisors.
- Enforce strict adherence to Food Safety (SFA) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage raw material usage and inventory control to minimize waste.
- Ensure all production documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Uphold a culture of safety, ensuring all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
The Realities of the Role:
We believe in transparency. This is not a standard office job and comes with unique challenges:
- Work Schedule: 6-day work week. You must be available to work on weekends as required by the production schedule.
- Public Holidays: You will be required to work on some Public Holidays and eves of major holidays. A day off in lieu (OL) will be provided for each day worked.
- Environment: This is a factory-based role involving time on your feet, in a temperature-controlled environment, and requires strong physical stamina.
- Pressure: You will be responsible for meeting tight deadlines and managing unforeseen production challenges.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring that every product leaving our line meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. You’ll play a hands-on role in inspections, testing, and problem-solving to keep production running smoothly and defect-free.
What You’ll Do- Perform in-process and final product inspections according to ISO and SOP requirements
- Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment to verify specifications
- Record test results accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Identify and report product non-conformities in real time
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Suggest improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency
- Participate in quality audits and root-cause analysis activities
- At least 2 years’ experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Comfortable using measurement tools and performing data checks
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with QA practices (Six Sigma, 5S, etc.) is an advantage
