Job Description

• Prepare, review and analyze technical drawing to resolve of the design problem, BIM Model, Shop drawings & Detail drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines and comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practice
• To liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approval and coordinate and monitoring of the all drawings submission schedule
• To manage and maintain all the drawing and project documents files, update the drawings as needed and make it corrections to drawings as directed by the project manager or Head of Department and ensure the final design comply with the project specification/contract requirements are shared and implemented
• Perform and Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems
• Ensures correct and timely entries of database in the electronic system for both documentation and training system
• Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or any related discipline
• Good Knowledge in Architecture, Structural Steel works, M&E Services or Equivalent
• Proficient (min 3 year design experience) in the use of BIM / Revit / AutoCAD and other 3D Modelling Design Software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mon to Sat - Ability to work beyond normal working hours

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and execute structural engineering tasks related to construction projects. This involves coordinating site planning, inspection, and management to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth progress, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with authorities' regulations.
• Drawing Review and Coordination: Coordinate the review of drawings, submission of proposals, and design queries for consultant approval.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of inspection forms and progress reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
• Commissioning and Quality Assurance: Assist in commissioning activities, ensuring that structural engineering aspects meet ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PE Board of Singapore)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in local building construction industry involved in HDB/LTA projects
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support Lead Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South‐east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality
Manage the tender process, along with the Procurement Management Team, from pre‐qualification of contractors and consultants, preparation of technical tender documents, to tender clarifications and evaluation.
Support the Engineering Lead in reviewing consultant designs, drawings and specifications so as to achieve optimum design and cost.
Conduct technical investigations for new Industrial parks including preliminary infrastructure concept, assessment of development constraints and issues.
Liaise with various stakeholders including internal Management, project director, consultants, and contractors for matters that arise throughout the development process.
Propose recommendations and implement solutions for all civil and structural (C&S) related matters.
Assist to maintain good records of technical documents for internal audit from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Civil & Structural design and project management works.
Familiar with design, Code of Practices, Building and Fire Safety Regulations and Green Building & Sustainability Design e.g. EDGE, LEED.
Prior experience in a consultancy firm and/ or design experience in industrial parks and industrial building assets preferred ; experience in projects in the South‐east Asian Region is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to manage internal and external stakeholders
Possess strong problem‐solving skills and able to work well independently and in teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other Project Management or Quality Management systems
Willing to travel when business need arises
