Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
-Strong understanding of structural design principles, load paths, and construction materials (RC, steel, precast, etc.).
-For junior roles: Internship or project-based experience in structural engineering or construction.
-For mid/senior roles: At least 3–10+ years of experience in structural design, detailing, and/or site supervision.
-Able to liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and consultants to resolve design or site issues.
-Able to prepare reports, technical documentation, and respond to RFI (Request for Information).
-Experience in managing project schedules, design timelines, and coordinating across disciplines.
-Proactive and able to work independently.
