Arup is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Technician to join its Singapore-based team. This role focuses on providing BIM modelling and documentation support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, science, industry, and planning projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural outputs.
The Opportunity
- Lead and support BIM coordination efforts, producing detailed architectural drawings, cross-sections, and space-proofing diagrams from concept through to construction stages.
- Prepare architectural drawings, diagrams, and visualisations for transport architecture and planning projects, ensuring alignment with Arup’s quality standards.
- Assist architects, planners, and team leaders in preparing project documentation and presentations, while managing junior technicians to meet project deadlines.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards, contributing to Arup’s commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
- Build strong working relationships across Arup’s regional teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in BIM practices.

Is this role right for you?
- Diploma or degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an architectural or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and within a team.
