You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, and installation teams to deliver accurate, coordinated, and standards-compliant BIM outputs from concept through to construction and as-built phases.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit (MEP focus) and AutoCAD.
- Interpret mark-ups and design changes to update drawings accordingly.
- Generate and maintain drawings and models for tender, construction, and installation phases.
- Translate hand sketches and engineering concepts into production-level drawings.
- Support compliance with QA/QC standards, BIM execution plans, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and site installation crews.
- Produce as-built documentation by working closely with installation engineers.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and assist in clash detection, drawing review, and issue resolution.
- Take ownership of specific project design elements, ensuring timely delivery to project milestones.
- Ensure that all outputs meet internal and client design standards.

We are seeking a dedicated BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective use of BIM tools and standards.
- Create and maintain BIM models using Revit MEP, Bentley, and AutoCAD.
- Review and interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on BIM best practices and software.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or a relevant field.
- BIM certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the construction industry, with a focus on BIM.
- Proficient in BIM software, including Revit MEP, Bentley, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

Overview
The BIM Coordinator will assist the BIM Manager to coordinate and build modelling elements and environment at project site.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Creating and maintaining a high-quality BIM model is of priority.
- BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.
- Technical management of project BIM data sets.
- Liaise with team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
- Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction works.
- Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc.
- Prepare and facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-con and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
- Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants.
- Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
- Coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes / interfacing issues.
- Interface with peers of other trades to resolve basic modelling issues.
- Produce documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.
- Produce documentation and prepare drawing/model for submission using 2D and BIM sofware.
- Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM Model & other related activities.
- Familiar with LTA submission standards.
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.
- Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis.
- Understands specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
- Understanding of architectural / structural / M&E drawings.
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (i.e. LTA, BCA etc).
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
