- Lead and manage the full Green Mark certification process (e.g., Green Mark Platinum, Super Low Energy, etc.).
- Liaise with BCA and Green Mark consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
- Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
Project Sustainability Management:
- Integrate sustainable design and construction practices into all project phases.
- Monitor energy modeling, daylighting analysis, thermal comfort, and other sustainability simulations.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and methods align with Green Mark criteria (e.g., energy efficiency, water conservation, IAQ).
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
- Track progress and submit periodic reports to senior management and relevant authorities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure sustainability goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in green building or sustainable construction.
- Certified Green Mark Professional (GMP) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) by BCA is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Singapore Green Plan 2030, BCA Green Mark 2021 framework, and other local sustainability regulations.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in sustainability software/tools (e.g., IESVE, EnergyPlus, Autodesk Insight) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of embodied carbon, LCA, and circular economy strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
